There is a new company breaking onto the Net Zero Energy (NZE) scene: S2A Modular. They will be building modular homes integrated with Tesla solar roof tiles and Tesla battery banks (PowerWall), which is a first in the modular home space.
They will also be licensing their system design technology to people who want an NZE smart, integrated system for their home or development.
They have 35 pre-engineered modular home designs, or they can create a modular home design for you based on your own plans.
